Echoes of the Dark Sun · Kerrigan Saga Book 1

No power. No phones.
No cavalry coming.

An EMP attack silences America. John Kerrigan is a mechanic now, a husband to Lisa, and a father to Max and Emily. He rebuilds classic cars instead of pulling triggers.

Then Bedford, Pennsylvania, falls apart, and the street he swore he could hold turns on itself. To keep his family breathing, John has to dig up the operator he buried.

Free in Kindle Unlimited. Also in paperback, hardcover and full-cast audio.

Meet the author

Joe Sackett

I spent 20 years in the military, with deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, then worked more than a year as a contractor for JSOC. Today I live in the Tampa, Florida area and work for a small company that still supports Special Operations for the Department of Defense.

I write the kind of stories I like to read: ordinary people pushed to the edge when everything falls apart, and what they're willing to do to protect their family. Writing is my passion, and I plan to keep at it until my last day on this earth.
